Aero Valley Airport - established in 1969 by Edna Gardner Whyte
Acquiring property at Aero Valley Airport means you've acquired an important piece of American history. In 1969, American aviation pioneer Edna Gardner Whyte bought 34 acres of land and started this airport. She was 67 years old. She built a 2200' runway and flight school with three aircraft. Today, the airport includes about 120 acres of land with a 3500' runway and nearly 500 airplanes.
Conveniently located less than a mile east of I35W off of Cross Timbers Rd. (FM1171).
